Gnawtybites is run by Sian Richardson, a pastry chef with 15 years experience in professional kitchens. Sian has travelled extensively, eating and cooking her way around the world! She has been lucky enough to work at some amazing restaurants such as Chiltern Fire House in London, Vanderlyle in Cambridge and Rudimentary in Melbourne. Sian’s sweet tooth eventually led her back to her home county of Cambridgeshire, where she now creates and bakes in Gnawty Bites coffee shop.
